Elsie is a wonderful trainer. She pushes me to do my best and test my limits. After my workouts, I always feel great and not overly exerted, which is very important to me since I have a very busy schedule  and need the energy. Meal Planning

  • Meal Planning: Replenishing your body is very crucial when training. That is why you will have a meal plan to go hand-in-hand with your workout program. Tracking your progress will be easy and very practical. 
  • ​Nutritional Guidelines: In addition to your meal plan, you will receive my E-book with tricks and tips on how to get the best of your meal plans.
  • Grocery List: Create and save your shopping grocery lists and save it for future use. 

Accountability

  • Stay in Touch: When the going gets tough we all need someone on our corner. That is why EverFit has a messenger feature where you will  be able to contact me directly during business hours. ​You will have your coach literally right in the palm of your hand.
  • ​Weekly Recaps: A weekly check-in call where I will answer questions and we'll recap what you did for the week.
  • ​Share our Wins; Upload pictures of your progress and share them with me right on the app! I will be there to celebrate your victories and motivate you during the tough times.
